We want you to be happy with your Noux Essentials purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened items cannot be returned. Gift cards and items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are generally provided for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unavailable items when a replacement or other suitable resolution cannot be provided. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
